Processing & Handling Times

Standard Orders: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, verification, and packaging before your item ships.

Drop Days: Due to high order volume during our weekly Wednesday night inventory drops, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped via major reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and include tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lowkey Luxury is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure before checking out. We cannot change the shipping address once an order is processed.

If your package is missing but shows as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Signature Confirmation
To protect against fraud and ensure safe delivery, high-value orders (typically over $300) may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a slip with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local facility.
