Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lowkey Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our inventory consists of highly limited and curated designer items, we offer Store Credit or Exchanges only within 7 days of delivery. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

Return Eligibility & Conditions:

  • Items must be requested for return within 7 days of the tracked delivery date.

  • Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all original designer tags intact.

  • Any item returned with signs of wear, odor, or missing tags will be rejected and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at Lowkeyluxuryco0@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange request.

  2. Once approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue you a digital gift card for the store credit amount (excluding original shipping costs) within 3-5 business days.

All Sales Final Items: Please note that any items purchased during a promotional sale, clearance event, or marked as "Final Sale" in the description are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
